This policy describes the arrangements that NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB has in place to manage conflicts of interest. This policy reflects and supports the NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB constitution and the Statutory Guidance on Managing Conflicts of Interest in the NHS which was issued by NHS England in February 2017 as well as the Interim guidance on the functions and governance of the Integrated Care Board issued by NHS England in March 2022 and the revised guidance for ICB constitutions and governance (July 2024).
