جنوب بريستول Locality Partnership is made up of partners from across health and social care along with the voluntary sector and other groups that offer support to communities locally. These include: 

• Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) – mental health services provider
• Bridge View Medical Primary Care Network – a collaboration of local GP practices working together to provide healthcare services

• Greater Brislington Together – a network of local organisations and residents working collaboratively to strengthen community life and improve services in Brislington
• Greater Stockwood Alliance – a resident-led partnership working to improve Stockwood by supporting local projects, strengthening community connections and addressing local priorities
• Hartcliffe City Farm – a community farm focused on animals, food growing and outdoor learning
• Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership – a community organisation that empowers residents, supports local initiatives and delivers services to improve wellbeing in the area
• Heart of BS13 – a charity tackling health inequalities and poverty in South Bristol through food projects, sustainability initiatives, education and employment support
