This policy relates to female genitalia surgery requests including labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, hymenorrhaphy and episiotomy scar revision.

Please note the ICB will not approve funding for patients below 18 years of age and all requests for funding, where appropriate, will be shared with the designated ICB Safeguarding Lead.
