You may therefore notice some references to the CCG remain. Over time, these will be updated.<\/p>\n<h2>Policy development and review process<\/h2>\n<p>Our agreed commissioning policy review process is carried out at the earliest of three years, NICE updates, or amendments to the policy for other reasons, as per our terms of reference.<\/p>\n<p><a
