This sets out further details on our plans, what we will do, and how we will measure our progress.<\/p>\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/about-us\/our-strategy\/population-health-strategic-commissioning-plan\/\"  class=\"btn-link flex w-[fit-content] \">Population Health and Strategic Commissioning Plan 2026 to 2031<\/a>\n\n<h2><strong>Healthier together by working together<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/library\/ics-strategy\/\">Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) Strategy<\/a> has been sponsored by the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) Board.
