The ICS structure is made up of an Integrated Care Partnership (ICP), an Integrated Care Board (ICB) and six Locality\u202fPartnerships.<\/p>\n<h2>The Integrated Care Partnership (ICP)<\/h2>\n<p>The Integrated Care Partnership (ICP)\u202fis a statutory committee jointly formed between the\u202fIntegrated Care Board (ICB) and the three local authorities in our area.<\/p>\n<p>The ICP brings together a broad range of partners (including those from our local\u202fvoluntary sector and community groups) and sets the strategy to meet our population&#8217;s health, care and wellbeing needs.<\/p>\n<p>The ICP includes representatives from each Integrated Care System partnership organisation and the six Locality Partnerships. Other members include community and voluntary sector representatives and Healthwatch.<\/p>\n<p>The ICP is jointly chaired on rotation by our three constituent Health and Wellbeing Board chairs.<\/p>\n<p>The current Chair is Councillor Jenna Ho Marris, the North Somerset Health and Wellbeing Board Chair. The Deputy Chair is Jeff Farrar.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen Williams, the Bristol Health and Wellbeing Board Chair and Councillor John O\u2019Neill, the South Gloucestershire Health and Wellbeing Board Chair, also sit on the ICP.<\/p>\n<h2>The Integrated Care Board (ICB)<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/bnssg.icb.nhs.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Integrated Care Board (ICB)<\/a> is the organisation responsible for the day-to-day running of the NHS.<\/p>\n<p>NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB takes account of population needs, arranges for the provision of services\u202fand manages the NHS budget.<\/p>\n<p>ICBs were legally established on 1 July 2022, after Clinical Commissioning Groups across the country were abolished.<\/p>\n<p>ICBs have several roles mandated through legislation: the Chair, Chief Executive, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Finance Officer. Our ICB Chair is <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssg.icb.nhs.uk\/our-board\/dr-jeff-farrar-qpm-ostj\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Jeff Farrar<\/a>, and our ICB Chief Executive Officer is <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssg.icb.nhs.uk\/our-board\/shane-devlin\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Shane Devlin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Our ICB has five independent non-executive members and senior representatives from all the Healthier Together partner organisations. The ICB has 19 board members in total. Healthwatch and <a href=\"https:\/\/onecare.org.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">One Care<\/a> also attend as non-voting participants.<\/p>\n<h2>Locality Partnerships<\/h2>\n<p>Locality Partnerships operate on a local level to respond to the unique needs of their local populations. The six Locality Partnerships in our area are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.southgloucestershirelp.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">South Gloucestershire<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.northwestbristollp.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">North and West Bristol<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.innercityeastbristollp.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Inner City and East Bristol<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.southbristollp.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">South Bristol<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.woodspringlp.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Woodspring<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.onewestonlp.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">One Weston<\/a> (Weston, Worle and Villages)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Locality Partnerships are made up of local health, social care, and voluntary sector organisations and groups, working with local people and communities as equal partners to improve health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>This can include GPs, councils, social care, community services, mental health support and local activity clubs.
