It is <strong>important to note that the changes affect ICB staff only,<\/strong> and do not impact staff in other NHS organisations in our local area, such as hospital trusts. There has been some inaccurate media reporting on this subject.<\/p>\n<p>One of the consequences of the proposed changes is that we will not be renewing a number of fixed-term contracts that had been paid for by non-recurrent Covid-19 funding.
