A propos de nous
The One Weston Locality Partnership is one of six locality partnerships across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, serving 98,000 people across eight GP practices.
One Weston covers the areas of Weston-super-Mare, Worle and surrounding villages.
The Partnership brings together NHS services, the local authority, voluntary sector organisations and community groups as one team, building strong relationships and a shared understanding of what matters most to local people.
By working collaboratively across organisational boundaries, partners agree priorities and design new models of care that create smoother pathways, earlier help and more community‑rooted, person‑centred support.

Our priorities
Our key priorities are to:
- Focus on population health and wellbeing
- Work with communities and the voluntary sector to build on and nurture existing skills, knowledge and connections
- Join up care in the community by delivering preventive and proactive care
- Make the community the default setting for care, meeting the majority of people’s needs close to where they live
- Engage with local communities in co-production
- Optimise our resources to deliver efficient and effective services.
