Our partners
South Bristol Locality Partnership is made up of partners from across health and social care along with the voluntary sector and other groups that offer support to communities locally. These include:
- Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) – mental health services provider
- Bridge View Medical Primary Care Network – a collaboration of local GP practices working together to provide healthcare services
- Bristol NHS Group – a partnership between North Bristol NHS Trust and University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust
- Bristol City Council – the local authority for Bristol
- Bs3 Community Development – a charity supporting people who live and work in BS3
- Connexus Primary Care Network – a collaboration of local GP practices working together to provide healthcare services
- Greater Brislington Together – a network of local organisations and residents working collaboratively to strengthen community life and improve services in Brislington
- Greater Stockwood Alliance – a resident-led partnership working to improve Stockwood by supporting local projects, strengthening community connections and addressing local priorities
- Hartcliffe City Farm – a community farm focused on animals, food growing and outdoor learning
- Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership – a community organisation that empowers residents, supports local initiatives and delivers services to improve wellbeing in the area
- Heart of BS13 – a charity tackling health inequalities and poverty in South Bristol through food projects, sustainability initiatives, education and employment support
- Knowle West Health Park – an organisation that provides social, physical and wellbeing activities for all ages and abilities
- Redcatch Community Gardens – a community-led green space offering gardening, food growing, wellbeing activities and social events to bring people together and promote healthier living
- Robins Foundation – the official charity of Bristol City Football Club, delivering education, sport, health and inclusion programmes to inspire and support local people
- Sirona care & health – a community health services provider
- South Bristol Family Hub – a hub that provides support for children, young people and families, offering services including parenting advice, early years activities and access to health and wellbeing resources
- Swift Primary Care Network – a collaboration of local GP practices working together to provide healthcare services
- Totterdown Mosque – a place of worship and community hub providing religious services, cultural activities and support for the local Muslim community
- Windmill Hill City Farm – a community farm and green space offering education, social care, training and volunteering opportunities, alongside activities for families and visitors.
