L'objectif de la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils \u00e9tait d'aider les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et des services sociaux \u00e0 comprendre les besoins et les probl\u00e8mes des personnes transgenres, leur permettant ainsi de leur fournir de meilleurs soins.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00c9valuation d'Impact sur l'\u00c9galit\u00e9 (EIE) examine la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils telle qu'elle est actuellement r\u00e9dig\u00e9e afin de d\u00e9terminer tout impact potentiel sur les 9 caract\u00e9ristiques prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.
