Le BSI r\u00e9alise des \u00e9valuations fiables afin de d\u00e9terminer le service le plus adapt\u00e9 aux besoins des patients et de faciliter leur retour \u00e0 domicile apr\u00e8s une hospitalisation en urgence.<\/p>\n<h2>Ce que nous avons fait<\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;ICB <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/fr\/integrated-care-board\/research-and-evidence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00c9quipe de recherche<\/a> Nous avons contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la planification d&#039;une \u00e9valuation de l&#039;ICB afin d&#039;examiner l&#039;impact de la nouvelle approche. Nous avons collabor\u00e9 avec les dix parties prenantes pour \u00e9laborer une \u00e9valuation rigoureuse s&#039;appuyant sur des donn\u00e9es quantitatives, de nouvelles donn\u00e9es qualitatives et des t\u00e9moignages de patients.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la collecte des donn\u00e9es, nous avons travaill\u00e9 avec le commissaire principal pour finaliser le rapport, qui a montr\u00e9 que l&#039;ICB avait r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e moyenne de s\u00e9jour \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4pital de 35%, \u00e9conomisant 19 000 journ\u00e9es d&#039;hospitalisation sur cinq mois.<\/p>\n<h2>Notre impact<\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e9valuation par m\u00e9thodes mixtes a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quipe de direction charg\u00e9e de la mise en service et sert d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les d\u00e9cisions concernant l&#039;avenir du service.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\r\n  <\/section><\/div><!-- .assembler_text-module.assembler_module.assembler_text-module_1.assembler_module_1..transparent --><\/div><!-- .assembler_module_area.assembler_module_area_1 --><\/div><!-- .assembler_default-group.assembler_module_group.assembler_default-group_1.assembler_module_group_1  -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Section titled module-1 Providing capacity through the Integrated Care Bureau In April 2018, a Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) report highlighted that across BNSSG there was an above-average growth in unplanned hospital admissions and we were admitting more patients than available capacity.
