Les chiffres ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'au moins 5 millions de livres sterling sont d\u00e9pens\u00e9es pour des m\u00e9dicaments non utilis\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Bristol et 300 millions de livres sterling au niveau national. Le rapport a identifi\u00e9 un \u00e9norme potentiel d'am\u00e9lioration des soins aux patients et de l'utilisation des ressources du NHS.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;ICB <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/fr\/integrated-care-board\/research-and-evidence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00c9quipe de recherche<\/a> a vu la possibilit\u00e9 de collaborer avec des universitaires locaux pour \u00e9tudier les solutions possibles \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me. Nous avons organis\u00e9 une r\u00e9union entre l'auteur du rapport du GCC et des universitaires de l'universit\u00e9 de Bristol.<\/p>\n<h2>Notre impact<\/h2>\n<p>Nous avons investi 18 000 \u00a3 dans le Dr Rupert Payne, de l'Universit\u00e9 de Bristol, pour entreprendre un projet \u00e0 court terme visant \u00e0 cod\u00e9velopper une demande de recherche aupr\u00e8s du NIHR. La demande au NIHR a \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s et le CCG a re\u00e7u 1,8 million de livres sterling en octobre 2017 pour \u00e9tudier l'optimisation de la polypharmacie dans les soins primaires.<\/p>\n<p>L'optimisation de la polypharmacie est le processus qu'entreprend un pharmacien ou un m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste pour prendre en compte l'ensemble de la liste de m\u00e9dicaments d'un patient, plut\u00f4t que de traiter chaque m\u00e9dicament individuellement. Il peut r\u00e9duire le nombre de m\u00e9dicaments pris par le patient ou modifier sa liste d'ordonnances pour am\u00e9liorer son bien-\u00eatre.
