The projects below showcase this joint approach, including creative health programmes and support for children and young people.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\r\n  <\/section><\/div><!-- .assembler_text-module.assembler_module.assembler_text-module_1.assembler_module_1..transparent --><div class=\"assembler_text-module assembler_module assembler_text-module_2 assembler_module_2  transparent\"><a tabindex=\"-1\" title=\"Section titled module-4\" id=\"module-4\" href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/41948\/#module-4\" class=\"anchor\"><span class=\"hidden\">Section titled module-4<\/span><\/a><!-- Template found for text-module - Template: template-text - Matched: _only --><section class=\"w-full mx-auto max-w-content pt-3 sm:pt-6 pb-3 sm:pb-6\">\r\n  <div class=\"entry-content w-full !px-0 max-w-small\">\r\n          <h2>\r\n        North Somerset Children and Young People\u2019s Wellbeing Fund      <\/h2>\r\n        <p>The North Somerset Children and Young People\u2019s Wellbeing Fund invests in creative, community\u2011based programmes that support young people\u2019s mental health, wellbeing and healthy lifestyles.<\/p>\n<p>Funded by the two North Somerset Locality Partnerships, Sirona care &amp; health and North Somerset Council Public Health, the Wellbeing Fund supports seven voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations delivering activities such as nature\u2011based programmes, mentoring, counselling, perinatal mental health support and outdoor creative projects.<\/p>\n<p>These activities provide young people, particularly those facing emotional\u2011based school avoidance, high needs, or barriers to statutory support, with safe, supportive spaces to build confidence, improve wellbeing and strengthen social connections.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\r\n  <\/section><\/div><!-- .assembler_text-module.assembler_module.assembler_text-module_2.assembler_module_2..transparent --><div class=\"assembler_text-module assembler_module assembler_text-module_3 assembler_module_3  transparent\"><a tabindex=\"-1\" title=\"Section titled module-5\" id=\"module-5\" href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/41948\/#module-5\" class=\"anchor\"><span class=\"hidden\">Section titled module-5<\/span><\/a><!-- Template found for text-module - Template: template-text - Matched: _only --><section class=\"w-full mx-auto max-w-content pt-3 sm:pt-6 pb-3 sm:pb-6\">\n      <div class=\"entry-content no-last\">\n      <h2>\n        Creative Health in North Somerset      <\/h2>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"flex gap-11 md:grid md:grid-cols-2 flex-col\">\n    <div class=\"entry-content\">\n      <p>Creative Health in North Somerset brings together local residents, artists, community organisations and health partners to improve wellbeing through creativity and connection.<\/p>\n<p>Through the Creative Health Board, partners are embedding creative approaches into care &#8211; from projects such as the Good Grief Festival and the Coastal Community &amp; Creative Health programmes.<\/p>\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/superculture.org.uk\/projects\/good-grief-weston-24\/\" target=\"https:\/\/superculture.org.uk\/projects\/good-grief-weston-24\/\" class=\"btn-link flex w-[fit-content] \" rel=\"noopener\">Find out more about the Good Grief Festival<\/a>\n\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/coastalcch.bristol.ac.uk\/\" target=\"https:\/\/coastalcch.bristol.ac.uk\/\" class=\"btn-link flex w-[fit-content] \" rel=\"noopener\">Find out more about the Coastal Community &amp; Creative Health programmes<\/a>\n\n<p>The North Somerset Locality Partnerships are also preparing to deliver Creative People &amp; Places, a programme that puts communities in the lead of shaping local cultural activity. Guests include those involved in the provision and design of health services in North Somerset.
