Cette campagne est donc la bienvenue \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 de nombreuses personnes ressentent les effets de la solitude.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de fournir un large \u00e9ventail de services pour soutenir les personnes souffrant de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale, nous voulons \u00e9galement aider les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 s'aider eux-m\u00eames et leur permettre d'acc\u00e9der au soutien ad\u00e9quat.<\/p>\n<p>Le sentiment de solitude est une exp\u00e9rience que nous pouvons tous vivre \u00e0 un moment ou \u00e0 un autre et qui peut avoir un impact consid\u00e9rable sur notre bien-\u00eatre. Nous voulons faire passer le message qu'il n'y a pas de mal \u00e0 ne pas se sentir bien et qu'il est possible d'obtenir de l'aide si on le souhaite.<\/p>\n<p>Les habitants qui s'inqui\u00e8tent de leur propre sant\u00e9 mentale doivent, en premier lieu, contacter leur m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste pour obtenir des conseils. Mais il existe \u00e9galement de nombreuses autres ressources et services auxquels les habitants de notre r\u00e9gion peuvent faire appel.<\/p>\n<p>Ces ressources comprennent<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Assistance t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7<\/strong> (0800 0126549) - un service gratuit et confidentiel assur\u00e9 par des conseillers exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, \u00e0 qui vous pouvez parler et qui vous \u00e9couteront. Parfois, une discussion amicale peut faire une grande diff\u00e9rence, que la personne soit au coin de la rue ou plus loin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rejoindre un groupe<\/strong> Trouvez un groupe partageant les m\u00eames int\u00e9r\u00eats. Faire partie d'un groupe ou d'un club en ligne ou hors ligne est un excellent moyen de nouer des liens et de rencontrer des gens. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aux activit\u00e9s que vous aimeriez essayer et recherchez des groupes ax\u00e9s sur celles-ci.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Faites des choses que vous aimez<\/strong> Le fait d'occuper votre temps \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s qui vous plaisent peut vous emp\u00eacher de vous concentrer sur le sentiment de solitude et est bon pour votre bien-\u00eatre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partagez vos sentiments, mais ne comparez pas<\/strong> Le fait de pouvoir parler de ce que l'on ressent avec d'autres personnes peut aider \u00e0 lutter contre la solitude et le fait d'entendre une voix famili\u00e8re ou de voir un visage amical permet de se sentir moins isol\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aider quelqu'un d'autre \u00e0 se sentir connect\u00e9<\/strong> Tendez la main aux autres - pensez aux personnes que vous connaissez et qui pourraient se sentir seules et faites un effort pour entrer en contact avec elles.
