Parfois, une discussion amicale peut faire une grande diff\u00e9rence, que la personne soit au coin de la rue ou plus loin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Join a group<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trouvez un groupe partageant les m\u00eames int\u00e9r\u00eats. Faire partie d'un groupe ou d'un club en ligne ou hors ligne est un excellent moyen de nouer des liens et de rencontrer des gens. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aux activit\u00e9s que vous aimeriez essayer et recherchez des groupes ax\u00e9s sur celles-ci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>Faites des choses que vous aimez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le fait d'occuper votre temps \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s qui vous plaisent peut vous emp\u00eacher de vous concentrer sur le sentiment de solitude et est bon pour votre bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Share your feelings \u2013 but do not compare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le fait de pouvoir parler de ce que l'on ressent avec d'autres personnes peut aider \u00e0 lutter contre la solitude et le fait d'entendre une voix famili\u00e8re ou de voir un visage amical permet de se sentir moins isol\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
