Ce programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 pour son approche fond\u00e9e sur l&#039;analyse des donn\u00e9es et pour la collaboration de tous les organismes de notre syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 afin d&#039;optimiser la couverture vaccinale contre la Covid-19 au sein des communaut\u00e9s ethniques minoritaires.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;analyse des renseignements de sant\u00e9 publique en d\u00e9cembre 2020, au d\u00e9but du programme de vaccination contre la Covid-19, a montr\u00e9 que les personnes issues des communaut\u00e9s ethniques minoritaires \u00e9taient confront\u00e9es \u00e0 une triple menace\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>plus susceptibles d&#039;attraper le coronavirus,<\/li>\n<li>devenant plus gravement malades \u00e0 cause du virus, et<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9tant moins susceptibles d&#039;avoir le vaccin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le programme de vaccination, en collaboration avec nos partenaires de sant\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pilot\u00e9 par les communaut\u00e9s locales et a travaill\u00e9 en partenariat avec elles sur un pied d&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9, au niveau local, dans les r\u00e9gions de Bristol, du North Somerset et du South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). Cette approche a permis de transformer en profondeur la confiance et de commencer \u00e0 apaiser certaines des inqui\u00e9tudes l\u00e9gitimes et profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9es des communaut\u00e9s ethniques minoritaires concernant le vaccin contre la Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Clare Armour, responsable du programme de vaccination contre la Covid-19 du BNSSG, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c Nous sommes ravis d&#039;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour ce prix.
