system has been refreshed to reflect our priorities for 2025 to 2030.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our Joint Forward Plan was first published in June 2023 and is updated annually to take account of the progress being made, new evidence, and to reflect NHS planning guidance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
