Dlatego tak wa\u017cne jest, aby te dzia\u0142ania by\u0142y realizowane prawid\u0142owo.<\/p>\n<p>Jednym z dzia\u0142a\u0144, jakie podejmujemy w celu wsparcia tej pracy, jest opracowywanie kampanii komunikacyjnych i dzia\u0142a\u0144 maj\u0105cych na celu udost\u0119pnianie informacji i zwi\u0119kszanie \u015bwiadomo\u015bci na temat dost\u0119pnego wsparcia dla os\u00f3b spoza szpitala, a tak\u017ce przekazywanie wiadomo\u015bci i komunikat\u00f3w wspieraj\u0105cych personel pracuj\u0105cy nad \u015bwiadczeniem tych us\u0142ug.<\/p>\n<p>Chcemy przetestowa\u0107 komunikaty, kt\u00f3re zacz\u0119li\u015bmy projektowa\u0107, z osobami, do kt\u00f3rych je kierujemy, i organizujemy seri\u0119 grup fokusowych, aby om\u00f3wi\u0107 pewne koncepcje i pomys\u0142y.
