د عامو خلکو هرکلی دی چې د نومبر په میاشت کې د برسټل، شمالي سومرسیټ او جنوبي ګلوسټرشایر د مدغم پاملرنې ملګرتیا په غونډه کې ګډون وکړي چې په شخصي توګه به ترسره شي. The meeting will take place on 10th November and will start at 2.00pm and will conclude at 4.30pm. The meeting will be held at:

Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre, Fiddlers Wood Lane, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 9BS.

The Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Partnership meets regularly. The date of the next meeting is 16th December.

د خلکو څخه هرکلی کیږي چې د مدغم پاملرنې ملګرتیا غونډو کې ګډون وکړي او بحثونو ته غوږ ونیسي او د پریکړې کولو پروسه وڅاري. دا مهمه ده چې په یاد ولرئ چې که څه هم د مدغم پاملرنې ملګرتیا غونډې په عامه توګه ترسره کیږي، دوی 'عامه غونډې' نه دي ځکه چې د خلکو غړي نشي کولی په بحث کې برخه واخلي، په هرصورت، د ګډون او څارنې لپاره ښه راغلاست دي. د خلکو څخه کولی شي د غونډې څخه دمخه پوښتنې او بیانونه وسپاري.

Questions should be succinct and relevant to general health, care and wellbeing. Please do not raise personal or individual issues as we will not be able to answer these in public forum. Questions and statements must be submitted 5 working days before the meeting. Statements, questions and their answer will be published on our website with minutes.
