This policy describes the arrangements that NHS Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS North Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group, and NHS South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCGs) have in place for the management of gifts and hospitality.
This policy is written in line with the Revised Statutory Guidance on Managing Conflicts of Interest for CCG’s which was issued by NHS England in June 2017.
