   <h1>What is the Healthier Together Intelligence Centre?<\/h1>\n<p>The Healthier Together Intelligence Centre is designed to revolutionise the use of data across our Integrated Care System (ICS) for managing and planning our services.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, key operational and management data is held on different systems and in different formats across our organisations.<\/p>\n<p>The Intelligence Centre aims to solve this by centralising data in a secure, user-friendly data portal for our health and care decision-makers in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
