md:grid-cols-2 flex-col\">\n    <div class=\"entry-content\">\n      <p>The spotlight on health and care services has never been brighter, with things like the Covid-19 pandemic, hospital overcrowding, young people\u2019s mental health, and people living longer all contributing to pressures on our health and care system.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside these pressures, various studies by the Health Foundation have shown the general state of people\u2019s health is in decline. This was published in 2023 when the ICS was first established.
