Joe Sims spoke with local community pharmacist, Adele Littleton, about the importance of knowing your blood pressure numbers and how community pharmacy can help.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sounds\/play\/m002whlf\" rel=\"noopener\">The Wake Up Call from Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership<\/a><\/strong> (29 May 2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This week\u2019s show focused on breast cancer, hearing from people who had been diagnosed with breast cancer and how they dealt with it and providing an overview of breast cancer screening, including who is eligible and why.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sounds\/play\/m002wv25\" rel=\"noopener\">The Wake Up Call from the For All Healthy Living Centre in Weston-super-Mare<\/a><\/strong> (5 June 2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This week\u2019s show focused on prostate and bowel cancer, hearing from people who had been diagnosed with each and how they encourage people to take up screening invites.
