Analiza\u021bi studiile de cercetare \u0219i alte lucr\u0103ri care implic\u0103 persoane autiste, pentru a \u00een\u021belege principalele cauze ale anxiet\u0103\u021bii \u0219i stresului \u00een timpul interviurilor \u0219i la \u00eenceputul angaj\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>2. Colabora\u021bi cu persoane autiste \u0219i o companie de VR pentru a crea medii virtuale cu situa\u021bii care apar \u00een timpul interviurilor de angajare \u0219i \u00een primele zile de munc\u0103, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu un pachet de instruire pentru cei care ajut\u0103 persoanele autiste s\u0103 lucreze.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ob\u021binerea de feedback de la un grup nou de persoane, \u00een timp ce elabor\u0103m ce avem nevoie pentru un studiu mai amplu, pentru a vedea dac\u0103 mediile VR \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc angajarea persoanelor autiste.
