Care factori de stres au cel mai negativ impact asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, st\u0103rii de bine, performan\u021bei \u0219i inten\u021biei de a p\u0103r\u0103si personalul de la ambulan\u021b\u0103?<\/p>\n<p>2. De ce\/cum apare acest impact negativ legat de stres asupra personalului ambulan\u021bei?<\/p>\n<p>3. Care persoane sau grupuri de personal de ambulan\u021b\u0103 sunt cel mai \u201cexpuse riscului\u201d de a suferi consecin\u021be negative legate de stres (de exemplu, probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintal\u0103, performan\u021be slabe)?<\/p>\n<p>4. Cum poate fi mai bine sprijinit personalul ambulan\u021bei \u00een cazul stresului legat de munc\u0103?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Care este problema?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Stresul la locul de munc\u0103 este extrem de r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit \u00een r\u00e2ndul personalului de ambulan\u021b\u0103, care raporteaz\u0103 cea mai mare rat\u0103 de epuizare profesional\u0103 (51%) din NHS, doar o treime consider\u00e2nd c\u0103 a atins un echilibru bun \u00eentre via\u021ba profesional\u0103 \u0219i cea personal\u0103.1 Personalul de ambulan\u021b\u0103 raporteaz\u0103 a doua cea mai mare rat\u0103 a bolilor (8,8%), fiind a doua dup\u0103 personalul de sprijin al ambulan\u021bei (10,4%).2 Peste 1000 de lucr\u0103tori din domeniul ambulan\u021bei \u0219i-au p\u0103r\u0103sit profesia din 2018 pentru a c\u0103uta un echilibru mai bun \u00eentre via\u021ba profesional\u0103 \u0219i cea personal\u0103, o remunerare mai mare sau pentru a se pensiona anticipat,3 contribuind astfel la criza de personal cu care se confrunt\u0103 \u00een prezent NHS. Prin urmare, este nevoie urgent\u0103 de un accent re\u00eennoit pe men\u021binerea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, bun\u0103st\u0103rii \u0219i performan\u021bei personalului de ambulan\u021b\u0103 din NHS pentru a p\u0103stra personalul \u0219i a asigura calitatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba \u00eengrijirii pacien\u021bilor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Care este scopul cercet\u0103rii?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Scopul proiectului de cercetare NIHR planificat este de a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi \u00een\u021belegerea noastr\u0103 asupra stresului ocupa\u021bional \u00een r\u00e2ndul personalului de ambulan\u021b\u0103 NHS \u0219i de a crea\/testa o interven\u021bie pentru a sprijini bun\u0103starea \u0219i reten\u021bia. Mai exact, cercetarea are trei obiective: (1) s\u0103 ne dezvolte cuno\u0219tin\u021bele despre factorii de stres \u00eent\u00e2lni\u021bi de personalul de ambulan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i impactul pe care ace\u0219ti factori de stres \u00eel au asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, bun\u0103st\u0103rii, performan\u021bei \u0219i inten\u021biei de plecare; (2) s\u0103 colaboreze cu p\u0103r\u021bile interesate (de exemplu, Trusturile Serviciilor de Ambulan\u021b\u0103) pentru a identifica poten\u021biale interven\u021bii de gestionare a stresului pentru profesia lor specific\u0103; \u0219i, \u00een cele din urm\u0103, (3) s\u0103 dezvolte \u0219i s\u0103 testeze o interven\u021bie specific\u0103 pentru a combate stresul la locul de munc\u0103 \u0219i a p\u0103stra paramedicii \u00een serviciul de ambulan\u021b\u0103 din Marea Britanie.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cum se va realiza acest lucru?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Proiectul de cercetare NIHR propus va utiliza o abordare cu metode mixte:<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta va include:<\/p>\n<p>1.
