Cil\u00ebt faktor\u00eb stresi kan\u00eb ndikimin m\u00eb negativ n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet, mir\u00ebqenie, performanc\u00eb dhe q\u00ebllimin p\u00ebr t&#039;u larguar nga stafi i ambulanc\u00ebs?<\/p>\n<p>2. Pse\/si ndodh ky ndikim negativ i lidhur me stresin p\u00ebr stafin e ambulanc\u00ebs?<\/p>\n<p>3. Cil\u00ebt individ\u00eb ose grupe t\u00eb stafit t\u00eb ambulanc\u00ebs jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb \u201crrezikuar\u201d nga rezultatet negative t\u00eb lidhura me stresin (p.sh., sh\u00ebndet i dob\u00ebt mendor, performanc\u00eb e dob\u00ebt)?<\/p>\n<p>4. Si mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet m\u00eb mir\u00eb stafi i ambulanc\u00ebs me stresin q\u00eb lidhet me pun\u00ebn?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Stresi n\u00eb pun\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht i p\u00ebrhapur tek stafi i ambulanc\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt raportojn\u00eb nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb lodhjes (51%) n\u00eb NHS, me vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn q\u00eb mendon se kan\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb ekuilib\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb midis pun\u00ebs dhe jet\u00ebs n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.1 Stafi i ambulanc\u00ebs raporton shkall\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmundshm\u00ebris\u00eb (8.8%), e dyta vet\u00ebm pas stafit mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs t\u00eb ambulanc\u00ebs (10.4%).2 M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1000 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb ambulanc\u00ebs kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb profesionin e tyre q\u00eb nga viti 2018 p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb ekuilib\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb midis pun\u00ebs dhe jet\u00ebs personale, m\u00eb shum\u00eb pag\u00eb ose p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pension t\u00eb parakohsh\u00ebm,3 duke kontribuar k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb kriz\u00ebn e personelit q\u00eb po p\u00ebrjetohet aktualisht n\u00eb NHS.
