NIHR159864<\/p>\n<h2>Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb Pyetja K\u00ebrkimore?<\/h2>\n<p>Si mund t\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb ndryshimet n\u00eb politika dhe praktik\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin sistem t\u00eb kujdesit ditor dhe urgjent n\u00eb nj\u00eb fuqi pun\u00ebtore efektive, t\u00eb lul\u00ebzuar, t\u00eb larmishme dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme?<\/p>\n<h2>Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb staf t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb trajnuar si\u00e7 duhet q\u00eb punon n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb pacient\u00ebt dhe kujdestar\u00ebt t\u00eb marrin kujdes t\u00eb sigurt, t\u00eb respektuesh\u00ebm dhe me cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Dihet mir\u00eb se aktualisht ka mungesa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha stafi n\u00eb NHS. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr kujdesin e t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs dit\u00eb dhe at\u00eb urgjent. Sh\u00ebrbimet q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrdorin n\u00eb situata urgjente jan\u00eb praktika e p\u00ebrgjithshme, sh\u00ebrbimet e ambulanc\u00ebs, qendrat e trajtimit urgjent dhe Departamentet e Emergjencave. Puna n\u00eb k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime dihet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb stresuese p\u00ebr mjek\u00ebt, infermier\u00ebt, paramedik\u00ebt dhe stafin tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, duke rezultuar n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeve dhe largimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve. \u00cbsht\u00eb gjithashtu e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb gjesh staf t\u00eb ri. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, pacient\u00ebt po i p\u00ebrdorin k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime m\u00eb shpesh, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb zonat ku ka nivele m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb privimit; k\u00ebto jan\u00eb gjithashtu zonat ku mungesa e stafit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e keqe. Ne nuk e dim\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb planifikuar dhe ofruar k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ato a) t\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb nevojat e pacient\u00ebve dhe kujdestar\u00ebve dhe b) t\u00eb promovojn\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs p\u00ebr stafin.<\/p>\n<p>Disa nga zgjidhjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar munges\u00ebn e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb: M\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb; p\u00ebrdorimin e llojeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb stafit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar pacient\u00ebt me probleme t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb vogla, por urgjente; ose ofrimin e m\u00eb shum\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe t\u00eb mir\u00ebqenies p\u00ebr stafin.<\/p>\n<h2>Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi i hulumtimit?<\/h2>\n<p>Ne do t\u00eb hetojm\u00eb pyetjet se si t&#039;i ofrojm\u00eb dhe t&#039;i pajisim m\u00eb mir\u00eb k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime me personel duke p\u00ebrdorur m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb ndryshme pune.<\/p>\n<h2>Si do t\u00eb arrihet kjo?<\/h2>\n<p>Partneriteti yn\u00eb do t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht \u00e7\u00ebshtjet komplekse q\u00eb lidhen me munges\u00ebn e stafit n\u00eb kujdesin urgjent t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs dit\u00eb. Ne do t\u00eb nxjerrim shpejt gjetje kuptimplote p\u00ebr t\u00eb informuar politikat dhe praktikat p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar rekrutimin dhe mbajtjen e stafit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb kritike. Kjo do t&#039;i sjell\u00eb dobi fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore ekzistuese t\u00eb NHS dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb arsimin dhe trajnimin p\u00ebr stafin e ri dhe at\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillim.<\/p>\n<p>Ne do t\u00eb hetojm\u00eb disa pyetje k\u00ebrkimore q\u00eb jan\u00eb grupuar n\u00eb paketa pune k\u00ebrkimore. Ne kemi punuar shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb PPAG t\u00eb larmish\u00ebm dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs sepse shum\u00eb nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb prekin stafin p\u00ebrjetohen ndryshe nga individ\u00eb me ato q\u00eb njihen si &#039;karakteristika t\u00eb mbrojtura&#039;: Mosha, aft\u00ebsia e kufizuar, ndryshimi i gjinis\u00eb, statusi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies, shtatz\u00ebnia, raca, feja ose besimi, seksi dhe orientimi seksual.
