This includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">all adults aged 75 years and over<\/span><\/li>\n<li>residents in a care home for older adults<\/li>\n<li>persons aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed, as defined in tables 3 and 4 of the COVID-19 chapter of the <a style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/covid-19-the-green-book-chapter-14a\" rel=\"noopener\">Libri i Gjelb\u00ebr<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Household contacts of people with a weakened immune system are not eligible. People in other clinical risk groups who do not fall into the above categories are also not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>For the spring 2026 vaccine, The\u00a0Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) is prioritising groups most vulnerable to serious outcomes from COVID-19 including those aged 75 or over, living in older adult care homes, and those who are immunosuppressed and eligible.
