Services including NHS 111, minor injury units and emergency pharmacies will all be open throughout the holiday period and you can check opening times on the local NHS website.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Goldilocks, played by Lucy Conley, said:\u00a0\u201cI know only too well the importance of staying warm and eating well during the colder months, that\u2019s why I snuck into the three bears house to eat baby bear\u2019s porridge and have a sleep in her nice warm bed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jess Mei added:\u00a0\u201cWinter can be tough for our wellbeing but there is lots you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones. We have lots of advice and guidance on the Stay Well This Winter website.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr Joanne Medhurst, Chief Medical Officer at NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB, said:\u00a0\u201cWinter conditions can be bad for our health, especially if we already have a long-term health condition which makes us more vulnerable.
