Afati q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ndryshimet duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen deri n\u00eb tremujorin e tret\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2025\/26 (tetor\u2013dhjetor 2025). Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ulje me 50% mbi 30% q\u00eb tashm\u00eb e kemi realizuar, sipas udh\u00ebzimeve t\u00eb vitit 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kuptojm\u00eb se s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb publikohet nj\u00eb model i ri operativ, i cili duhet t\u00eb jap\u00eb nj\u00eb pamje m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb rolit dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive t\u00eb bordeve t\u00eb kujdesit t\u00eb integruar n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Pritet q\u00eb k\u00ebto borde t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb fokus t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb komisionimin strategjik dhe n\u00eb reduktimin e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive tona lidhur me mbik\u00ebqyrjen e ofruesve.<\/p>\n<p>Ne kemi pezulluar t\u00eb gjitha rekrutimet e jashtme nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mbledhim detaje t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme mbi natyr\u00ebn e ndryshimit q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrim. Si\u00e7 mund ta imagjinoni, njoftimi ka pasur nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb ekipet tona t\u00eb palodhshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuara, t\u00eb cilat po p\u00ebrqendrohen n\u00eb realizimin e Planit ton\u00eb t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb P\u00ebrparimit pas nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb shkaktuar nga ristrukturimi i fundit p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar reduktimin 30%. Aktualisht po rishikojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha programet dhe fushat e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar se \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb dhe \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb pezullohet gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe, nd\u00ebrsa presim t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb se cili do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ICB i ri dhe funksioni i tij.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtor\u00ebt Ekzekutiv\u00eb t\u00eb shtat\u00eb ICB-ve n\u00eb jugper\u00ebndim po punojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebr t\u00eb eksploruar m\u00ebnyrat e p\u00ebrputhjes s\u00eb funksioneve dhe bashk\u00ebpunimit, n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb modelit t\u00eb ri operativ p\u00ebr ICB-t\u00eb. Edhe pse nuk ka konfirmim p\u00ebr bashkimet, ato nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtohen.<\/p>\n<p>ICB-ja e NHS-it p\u00ebr Bristol, North Somerset dhe South Gloucestershire \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve brenda alokimit ton\u00eb, komisionimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve me cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr pacient\u00ebt dhe sigurimin e vler\u00ebs p\u00ebr taksapaguesit.<\/p>\n<p>Jemi krenar\u00eb t\u00eb themi se kemi dor\u00ebzuar nj\u00eb buxhet t\u00eb balancuar k\u00ebt\u00eb vit dhe jemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2025\/26.
