Locality partnerships review<\/strong><\/h1>\n

A report summarising the review process, partner feedback and recommendations was presented to the Board<\/a>, it recommends that localities should continue their development as central mechanisms for delivering integrated care to communities. It also highlights localities as playing a key role in delivery of the Strategjia e Sistemit t\u00eb Kujdesit t\u00eb Integruar<\/a> dhe M\u00eb t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm S\u00eb Bashku 2040<\/a> plan, as well as the development of Neighbourhood Health<\/a> and creation of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, which will bring together people and services to improve population health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n

The review was jointly funded by NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council and South Gloucestershire Council.<\/p>\n
