C<\/span>hildren\u2019s <\/span>C<\/span>ommunity <\/span>H<\/span>ealth <\/span>S<\/span>ervices <\/span>survey<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

Background<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board is working closely with local authorities, NHS providers, and VCSE partners to shape the future of children\u2019s community health services across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.<\/p>\n

This is an opportunity to build on existing strengths while rethinking how services can work better together for children, young people, and families.<\/p>\n

We have developed two surveys, one for professionals and one for parents and carers, to hear about experiences of current service delivery and where there are opportunities to improve the experiences and outcomes for children and young people in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.<\/p>\n

Health and care professionals<\/h2>\n

We are seeking input from professionals across all disciplines \u2013 including those working directly in children\u2019s services, and those who work with or support children and young people in other settings, such as GPs or education professionals.<\/p>\n
