Helen will talk about the growing understanding of nature connection, health and wellbeing. She will share some exciting developments in how nature is becoming more embedded into our health system in multiple ways, including partnership working with community sector partners and innovative projects within BNSSG. This is a culture shift which everyone can be part of. There will be time for open discussion of how nature can be integrated into coaching.

The purpose of this session is for you to explore ethical dilemmas you may face as a coach and the role of supervision and reflective practice to explore and resolve. The session will also allow you to explore ethical dilemmas you may face as a coach, particularly where working internally within the system organisation and the role of supervision and reflective practice to explore and resolve challenges and issues.
