PHB&#039;ler, insanlar\u0131n bak\u0131mlar\u0131yla ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalara ve kararlara daha fazla dahil olmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olman\u0131n bir yoludur ve her ya\u015ftan, fiziksel veya zihinsel sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 olan veya her ikisine de sahip olan uygun ki\u015filer i\u00e7in uygundur.<\/p>\n<h2>Ki\u015fisel sa\u011fl\u0131k b\u00fct\u00e7enizi y\u00f6netmek<\/h2>\n<p>Ki\u015fisel sa\u011fl\u0131k b\u00fct\u00e7esi \u00fc\u00e7 \u015fekilde veya bunlar\u0131n bir kombinasyonuyla y\u00f6netilebilir.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Varsay\u0131msal b\u00fct\u00e7e<\/h3>\n<p>ICB, b\u00fct\u00e7eyi y\u00f6netmek ve bu b\u00fct\u00e7eyi, PHB yetkilisi, temsilcisi veya \u00e7ocuklar s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda aileleri veya bak\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131yla yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin sonucuna dayanarak kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan bak\u0131m ve deste\u011fi d\u00fczenlemek ve g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in kullanmaktan sorumludur.<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraf b\u00fct\u00e7esi<\/h3>\n<p>PHB sahibinden ve ICB&#039;den ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir kurulu\u015f (\u00f6rne\u011fin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir kullan\u0131c\u0131 vakf\u0131 veya g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc bir kurulu\u015f), ki\u015finin ad\u0131na b\u00fct\u00e7eyi y\u00f6netmekten ve kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan PHB Bak\u0131m Plan\u0131 do\u011frultusunda hizmet sat\u0131n alarak destek sa\u011flamaktan sorumludur.<\/p>\n<h3>3.
