NIHR159864<\/p>\n<h2>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sorusu nedir?<\/h2>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn ve acil bak\u0131m sisteminde politika ve uygulamalarda yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, etkili, geli\u015fen, \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fe sahip ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015fmas\u0131na nas\u0131l yol a\u00e7abilir?<\/p>\n<h2>Sorun nedir?<\/h2>\n<p>Hastalar\u0131n ve bak\u0131m verenlerin g\u00fcvenli, sayg\u0131l\u0131 ve y\u00fcksek kaliteli bak\u0131m almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinde yeterli say\u0131da ve uygun \u015fekilde e\u011fitilmi\u015f personelin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. NHS&#039;de (Ulusal Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sistemi) \u015fu anda b\u00fcy\u00fck personel a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir. Bu durum \u00f6zellikle ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn ve acil bak\u0131m hizmetleri i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir. Acil durumlarda insanlar\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmetler aras\u0131nda genel pratisyen hekimlik, ambulans hizmetleri, acil tedavi merkezleri ve acil servisler yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu hizmetlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n doktorlar, hem\u015fireler, paramedik ve di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli i\u00e7in \u00e7ok stresli oldu\u011fu, bunun da y\u00fcksek hastal\u0131k oranlar\u0131na ve i\u015ften ayr\u0131lmalara yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca yeni personel bulmak da zordur. Bu hizmetlerin a) hastalar\u0131n ve bak\u0131m verenlerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak ve b) personel i\u00e7in cazip bir ortam yaratacak \u015fekilde nas\u0131l planlan\u0131p sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gidermeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlar olabilir: Teknolojinin daha fazla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131; belirli k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ancak acil sorunlar\u0131 olan hastalara yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 personel t\u00fcrlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131; veya personele daha fazla sa\u011fl\u0131k ve refah deste\u011fi sa\u011flanmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n amac\u0131 nedir?<\/h2>\n<p>Bu hizmetlerin nas\u0131l en iyi \u015fekilde sa\u011flanabilece\u011fi ve personelinin nas\u0131l olu\u015fturulabilece\u011fi konusunda, yeni ve farkl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6ntemlerini kullanarak ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<h2>Bu nas\u0131l ba\u015far\u0131lacak?<\/h2>\n<p>Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn acil bak\u0131m hizmetlerindeki personel eksikli\u011fiyle ilgili karma\u015f\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ara\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. Bu kritik alanda personel al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve elde tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in politika ve uygulamalar\u0131 bilgilendirecek anlaml\u0131 bulgular\u0131 h\u0131zla \u00fcretece\u011fiz.
