Often broken down into inner wards, areas such as Clifton and Henleaze and outer wards, areas such as Horfield and Southmead.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We bring together residents, local community groups and organisations, GPs, hospitals and care services to work more closely in supporting people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We want to help build happy, healthy communities. We believe being well means more than just not being ill.
