data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Data security and privacy are fundamental to the Intelligence Centre.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Information Sharing Charter<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) set out strict controls on how personal data is used.\u00a0An\u202f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/library\/bristol-north-somerset-and-south-gloucestershire-information-sharing-charter\/\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Information Sharing Charter\u202f<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">has been created that provides a framework for safely sharing data between organisations within our Integrated Care System (ICS), whilst\u00a0maintaining\u00a0those strict controls.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">By signing up to the Charter, organisations agree to\u00a0comply with\u00a0all data sharing regulations and data protection laws.
