Bu i\u015f birli\u011fine dayal\u0131 etkinlik, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan g\u00fcvenlik temalar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeyi ve LMNS ile acil bak\u0131m sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131l \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131 stratejiler ve hedefler geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees included executive sponsors and senior clinical leaders including, directors of midwifery and senior midwifery management, obstetric consultants, neonatologists, midwives, public health colleagues and the <a href=\"https:\/\/nationalmaternityvoices.org.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Maternity Voice Partnership<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The key themes identified were-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>patient information sharing- how to best do this for the population, looking at a range of mediums including differing social media platforms, languages etc.<\/li>\n<li>how to tackle inequity in outcomes for mothers from black and minority ethnic communities including through addressing racism and cultural competence<\/li>\n<li>clinical escalation- how to ensure this happens effectively and the utilisation of tools to support this<\/li>\n<li>triage services- working towards a standardised approach across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire maternity services to reduce unwarranted variation to the pregnant population<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rosi Shepherd, Chief Nursing Officer at the NHS Integrated Care Board for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe are passionate about the quality and safety of our maternity and neonatal services, so events like this are important for us to discuss the latest research, new ideas and different ways of working.
