یکم جنوری 2024 سے متعلقہ حکام، یعنی این ایچ ایس انگلینڈ، آئی سی بیز، این ایچ ایس ٹرسٹس، این ایچ ایس فاؤنڈیشن ٹرسٹس، مقامی حکام اور مشترکہ حکام پر لازم ہے کہ وہ ان صحت کی دیکھ بھال کی خدمات کے لیے معاہدہ کرتے وقت پرووائیڈر سلیکشن ریجیم (PSR) کی پیروی کریں جو PSR کے دائرہ کار میں آتی ہیں۔.
As part of PSR, ICBs under Regulation 25 must publish a summary of their application of the PSR annually online. For the financial year 2024/2025 ICBs are expected to provide the first annual summary to relate to contracts awarded using the PSR between 1 January 2024 – 31 March 2025. Following the first annual summary, all other annual summaries must be published no later than six months following the end of the financial year it relates to.
NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB has previously published its first PSR annual report on its website and can now publish its second PSR annual report covering the financial year 2025/2026.
The first report includes:
- number of contracts directly awarded under direct award processes A, B or C, the most suitable provider process, and the competitive process
- number of framework agreements concluded including the number of contracts awarded based on a framework agreement
- number of urgent contracts awarded and urgent modifications
- details of representations received including details of any reviews by the Independent Patient Choice and Procurement Panel
