Young people leaving care in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire can get free prescriptions thanks to a new scheme launched by the local NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) working with local councils.
The Integrated Care Board now offers free prescriptions to eligible care leavers aged 18 until their 25th birthday.
