class=\"entry-content\">\n      <p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Woodspring Locality Partnership is one of six locality partnerships across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire, serving 131,100 people across six GP practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Woodspring covers the areas of Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea and Pill and has the highest rate of frailty across <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire<\/span>, with over 20% of the population aged 65 and over.<\/p>\n<p>The Partnership brings together health, care, the voluntary sector and community, strengthening the trusted relationships that support Clevedon, Portishead, Pill, Nailsea and our rural communities.
