This reasonable assurance report (the “Report”) is made in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated the 27th of November 2025 (the “Engagement Letter”) for the purpose of reporting to the Board of NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (“the ICB”) and NHS England in connection with the ICB’s Mental Health Investment Standard compliance statement dated the 27th of January 2026 for the year ending 31 March 2025 (the “Statement”), which is attached. As a result, this Report is not suitable for any other purpose.
