Questions should be brief and relevant to general health, care and well-being. Please do not raise personal or individual issues, as we will not be able to answer these in a public forum.

Questions and statements must be submitted 5 working days before the meeting. Statements, questions and answers will be published on the website alongside minutes from the meeting.
