The North and West Bristol Locality Partnership is one of six locality partnerships across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, serving 183,700 people across 14 GP practices. Often broken down into inner wards, areas such as Clifton and Henleaze and outer wards, areas such as Horfield and Southmead.
We bring together residents, local community groups and organisations, GPs, hospitals and care services to work more closely in supporting people.
We want to help build happy, healthy communities. We believe being well means more than just not being ill. It’s about feeling welcome, having friends and support, and enjoying things like good food, green spaces and safe homes.
Our partnership is about joining things up, not replacing what’s already there. We want people’s experience of health and care to feel simple and make sense. By working together, listening to our communities, and celebrating our differences, we hope to make life better, fairer and healthier for everyone in our area.
