Woodspring Locality Partnership is made up of partners from across health and social care along with the voluntary sector and other groups that offer support to local communities. These include:
Access Your Care – a home support agency based in North Somerset that offers personalised care services
Citizens Advice North Somerset – an independent charity that provides free, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues
CURO – a housing association that provides homes and care and support services across the region
Healthwatch North Somerset – an independent organisation that gathers the public’s views on health and social care services to help improve them
Independent Mental Health Network – an organisation that represents a diverse community of past, current and future users of mental health services
NHS BNSSG Talking Therapies – offers Talking Therapies to adults aged 16 and above who are suffering from conditions including depression, anxiety and excessive worry
North Somerset Wellbeing Collective – a collaboration of independent groups and organisations linked to North Somerset who all share the common goal of improving the wellbeing and health of people in the area
Second Step – a charity that offers housing and support services to people with mental health problems
Voluntary Action North Somerset – a charity that supports local charities and community groups with volunteer services, advice, training and funding help
