Together, the 10 partner organisations which make-up the ICS, work to improve health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and provide integrated services for the one million people living in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.<\/p>\n<p>Jo has over 25 years\u2019 experience in leading and driving change across large organisations as a workforce, leadership and organisational development specialist. She is currently in post as Deputy Chief People Officer and Director of Strategy, Leadership and Belonging at the Ministry of Justice.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about her appointment, Jo said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI am delighted to be returning to the NHS to become the ICB\u2019s Chief People Officer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a really exciting time to be joining the organisation and I look forward to working with the executive team and wider workforce to enable our people to flourish and provide the best services for the populations we serve.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u7efc\u5408\u62a4\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u8096\u6069\u00b7\u5fb7\u592b\u6797\u8865\u5145\u9053\uff1a<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI am thrilled to be welcoming Jo to the organisation, completing our executive team structure for the ICB.
