Services including NHS 111, minor injury units and emergency pharmacies will all be open throughout the holiday period and you can check opening times on the local NHS website.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Goldilocks, played by Lucy Conley, said:\u00a0\u201cI know only too well the importance of staying warm and eating well during the colder months, that\u2019s why I snuck into the three bears house to eat baby bear\u2019s porridge and have a sleep in her nice warm bed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jess Mei added:\u00a0\u201cWinter can be tough for our wellbeing but there is lots you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones. We have lots of advice and guidance on the Stay Well This Winter website.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr Joanne Medhurst, Chief Medical Officer at NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB, said:\u00a0\u201cWinter conditions can be bad for our health, especially if we already have a long-term health condition which makes us more vulnerable. That\u2019s why it is so important to take action to protect your health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy getting vaccinated against flu and Covid-19, keeping your home warm when temperatures drop, \u2018not too warm, not too cold\u2019, and making small tweaks to avoid slips and trips at home, you can put yourself in the best shape to stay well this winter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith Christmas Day less than two weeks away, we also want to encourage people to order their repeat prescriptions now to ensure they have enough medication to cover the festive break.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u5723\u8bde\u8282\u4e34\u8fd1\uff0c\u5404\u79cd\u4e8b\u60c5\u7eb7\u81f3\u6c93\u6765\uff0c\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u8ba9\u4eba\u5fd8\u8bb0\u5176\u4ed6\u4e00\u4e9b\u65e5\u5e38\u5fc5\u9700\u54c1\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7 NHS \u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8ba2\u8d2d\u91cd\u590d\u5904\u65b9\uff0c\u5e76\u4e86\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u514d\u8d39\u63a5\u79cd\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u8bbf\u95ee[\u6b64\u5904]\u3002\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/zh\/stay-well-this-winter\/\">\u201c\u795d\u60a8\u51ac\u5b63\u5065\u5eb7\u201d\u6d3b\u52a8<\/a>\u00a0website and on Healthier Together social media channels on X, Facebook and Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>Goldilocks and The Three Bears is showing at Bristol Hippodrome from now until Sunday 5 January 2025.
