Industrial action and local NHS pressures: February 2024<\/h1>\n

\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u3001\u5317\u8428\u9ed8\u585e\u7279\u548c\u5357\u683c\u6d1b\u65af\u7279\u90e1\u7684\u56fd\u6c11\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u7cfb (NHS) \u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u786e\u4fdd\u4eba\u4eec\u5728\u8ba1\u5212\u7f62\u5de5\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u6700\u597d\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u3002.<\/p>\n

Junior doctors will be striking from 7am on Saturday 24 February to 11:59pm on Wednesday 28 February 2024.<\/p>\n

\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5df2\u9884\u7ea6\uff0c\u8bf7\u6309\u65f6\u524d\u6765\u63a5\u53d7\u6240\u9700\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u8bf7\u52ff\u81f4\u7535\u8be2\u95ee\u9884\u7ea6\u662f\u5426\u7167\u5e38\u8fdb\u884c\u3002\u5982\u9700\u66f4\u6539\u9884\u7ea6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u60a8\u8054\u7cfb\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u7f62\u5de5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u90fd\u4e0d\u5e94\u803d\u8bef\u5bfb\u6c42\u7d27\u6025\u6216\u6025\u8bca\u62a4\u7406\uff0c\u60a3\u6709\u4e25\u91cd\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6025\u8bca\u79d1\u5c31\u8bca\u3002.<\/p>\n

However, please\u00a0keep 999 and A&E clear for genuine life-threatening emergencies<\/strong>, and use\u00a0NHS 111 \u5728\u7ebf\u670d\u52a1<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u5982\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7d27\u6025\u533b\u7597\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6216\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u53bb\u533b\u9662\uff0c\u8bf7\u81f4\u7535 111\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u62e8\u6253 111\uff0c\u8bf7\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u652f\u6301\u548c\u5efa\u8bae\u3002.<\/p>\n

On days when there is strike action, people\u00a0should only call 999 if it is a medical or mental health emergency<\/strong>. Ambulances will still respond in these situations but this may only be where there is an immediate risk to life.<\/p>\n

\u7f62\u5de5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e0d\u592a\u7d27\u6025\u7684\u6c42\u52a9\u7535\u8bdd\u53ef\u80fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u5f97\u5230\u56de\u5e94\u3002\u8bf7\u52ff\u518d\u6b21\u81f4\u7535\u8be2\u95ee\u6551\u62a4\u8f66\u9884\u8ba1\u5230\u8fbe\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u65e0\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b64\u7c7b\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u4f1a\u5360\u7528\u7ebf\u8def\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u4ed6\u6765\u7535\u8005\u7684\u901a\u8bdd\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u6709\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3002\u00a0\u672c\u5730\u670d\u52a1\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u5305\u62ec\u00a0\u793e\u533a\u836f\u623f<\/strong><\/a>, \u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u89e3\u51b3\u5404\u79cd\u8f7b\u5fae\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5e76\u5c31\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u5176\u4ed6 NHS \u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8bae\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u4e86\u89e3\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u63a2\u89c6\u5b89\u6392<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u5728\u5f53\u5730\u533b\u9662\u3001\u517b\u8001\u9662\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u673a\u6784\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u82f1\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u7cfb\uff08NHS\uff09\u6301\u7eed\u9762\u4e34\u9ad8\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u800c\u7f62\u5de5\u610f\u5473\u7740\u8fd9\u4e9b\u670d\u52a1\u5c06\u627f\u53d7\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4eba\u4eec\u5408\u7406\u5229\u7528\u73b0\u6709\u670d\u52a1\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u7531\u4e8e\u533b\u9662\u5e8a\u4f4d\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u6551\u62a4\u8f66\u6ede\u7559\u5728\u533b\u9662\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u533b\u9662\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u5df2\u7ecf\u51c6\u5907\u597d\u56de\u5bb6\u6216\u8f6c\u5f80\u5176\u4ed6\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u3002.<\/p>\n

To help with this, friends and relatives of individuals who are medically fit for discharge are asked\u00a0to help with the practical arrangements that will enable their loved one to be discharged from hospital<\/strong>. Please also work with community teams to help loved ones at home with meals and domestic support, as this will free-up staff to help others in greater need to have support at home.<\/p>\n

Due to these pressures, it is\u00a0possible that non-urgent, routine appointments and procedures may be cancelled and postponed<\/strong>, to prioritise treatment for those most acutely unwell in\u00a0community settings, GP practices and hospitals<\/strong>. You will be notified directly if you are affected by the changes.<\/p>\n

If your conditions are not life-threatening, you may have to wait longer than usual for an ambulance and, where safe and appropriate, may be asked to make your own way to hospital \u2013\u00a0although it is important you get medical advice from 111 or 999 before doing so.
\n<\/strong>
\n\u7531\u4e8e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u00a0\u6ee1\u8db3\u60a8\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u5408\u9002\u670d\u52a1<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u6709\u65f6\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u00a0\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5bb6\u6cbb\u7597<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u4f8b\u5982\u8f7b\u5fae\u54b3\u55fd\u3001\u611f\u5192\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u836f\u5242\u5e08\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u5173\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u00a0\u4fdd\u5bc6\u4e14\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u5efa\u8bae<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u5173\u4e8e\u5e38\u89c1\u60c5\u51b5\u53ca\u540e\u7eed\u63aa\u65bd\u2014\u2014\u00a0\u67e5\u627e\u79bb\u60a8\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u836f\u623f<\/strong><\/a>. \u9f13\u52b1\u5bb6\u957f\u548c\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\u00a0\u4e0b\u8f7d HANDi \u5e94\u7528<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u5b83\u4e3a\u751f\u75c5\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u63d0\u4f9b\u7b80\u5355\u660e\u4e86\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002.<\/p>\n
