\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u3001\u5317\u8428\u9ed8\u585e\u7279\u548c\u5357\u683c\u6d1b\u65af\u7279\u90e1\u7efc\u5408\u62a4\u7406\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a (ICB) \u6b63\u5728\u9080\u8bf7\u7cfb\u7edf\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u548c\u5fd7\u613f\u3001\u793e\u533a\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4f01\u4e1a (VCSE) \u7ec4\u7ec7\u63d0\u4f9b\u53cd\u9988\u548c\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5e02\u573a\u63a8\u5e7f\u524d\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u5236\u5b9a\u548c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e24\u9879\u65b0\u7684 VCSE \u670d\u52a1\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u5408\u4f5c\u5c06\u5e2e\u52a9\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u3001\u5317\u8428\u9ed8\u585e\u7279\u548c\u5357\u683c\u6d1b\u65af\u7279\u90e1\u56fd\u6c11\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u7cfb (NHS Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB) \u4e86\u89e3\u54ea\u4e9b\u673a\u6784\u6216\u4e2a\u4eba\u5bf9\u63d0\u4f9b\u3001\u652f\u6301\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u670d\u52a1\u611f\u5174\u8da3\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u65e8\u5728\u52a0\u5f3a\u6211\u4eec\u5730\u533a\u56fd\u6c11\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e0e\u5fd7\u613f\u3001\u793e\u533a\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4f01\u4e1a (VCSE) \u90e8\u95e8\u4e4b\u95f4\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u4e3e\u63aa\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5728\u8fd1\u671f ICB \u66f4\u65b0\u4e86\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730 VCSE \u673a\u6784\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u8fdb\u884c\u6218\u7565\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u59d4\u6258\u610f\u5411\u4e4b\u540e\u5f00\u5c55\u7684\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u59d4\u6258\u5f00\u5c55\u4e24\u9879\u65b0\u7684\u5fd7\u613f\u3001\u793e\u533a\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u52a0\u5f3a\u672c\u5730\u878d\u5408\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u8f6c\u578b\u505a\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5fd7\u613f\u3001\u793e\u533a\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u6218\u7565<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728 \u652f\u6301\u548c\u4ea4\u4ed8<\/strong>\uff1a\u4fc3\u8fdb\u548c\u652f\u6301\u6210\u719f\u7684\u5fd7\u613f\u3001\u793e\u533a\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u3001\u5317\u8428\u9ed8\u585e\u7279\u548c\u5357\u683c\u6d1b\u65af\u7279\u90e1\u63d0\u4f9b\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u670d\u52a1\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.find-tender.service.gov.uk\/Notice\/068390-2025\" rel=\"noopener\">VCSE\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0e\u6218\u7565\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u544a\u5df2\u5728\u201c\u5bfb\u627e\u62db\u6807\u201d\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\u7ebf\u3002<\/a>, \u5e76\u9080\u8bf7\u7cfb\u7edf\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u548c\u5fd7\u613f\u3001\u793e\u533a\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5728 2025 \u5e74 11 \u6708 24 \u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\u56de\u590d\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>VCSE \u652f\u6301\u4e0e\u4ea4\u4ed8\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u5c06\u4e8e 2025 \u5e74 11 \u6708 27 \u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><a
