<p>\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u3001\u5317\u8428\u9ed8\u585e\u7279\u548c\u5357\u683c\u6d1b\u65af\u7279\u90e1\u7684\u56fd\u6c11\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u7cfb (NHS) \u6b63\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u4fdd\u969c\u6c11\u4f17\u5728\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d\u7684\u4f4f\u9662\u533b\u751f\u7f62\u5de5\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u7f62\u5de5\u5c06\u4e8e 12 \u6708 17 \u65e5\u661f\u671f\u4e09\u65e9\u4e0a 7 \u70b9\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u6301\u7eed\u5230 12 \u6708 22 \u65e5\u661f\u671f\u4e00\u65e9\u4e0a 7 \u70b9\u3002.<\/p>\n<p class=\"subtitle\">\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u533b\u9662\u5c06\u4f1a\u975e\u5e38\u7e41\u5fd9\u3002\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6307\u5357\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u83b7\u5f97\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8bf7\u60a8\u7167\u5e38\u524d\u6765\u5c31\u8bca\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u6240\u9700\u7684\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u60a8\u8054\u7cfb\u3002\u8bf7\u4e0d\u8981\u81f4\u7535\u8be2\u95ee\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\u662f\u5426\u7167\u5e38\u8fdb\u884c\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u9009\u62e9\u9002\u5408\u60a8\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u670d\u52a1\uff1a\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u81ea\u7406<\/strong> \u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5907\u597d\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u836f\u67dc\uff0c\u91cc\u9762\u88c5\u4e0a\u65e5\u5e38\u5fc5\u9700\u54c1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6b62\u75db\u836f\u3001\u611f\u5192\u836f\u3001\u6297\u7ec4\u80fa\u836f\u3001\u6b62\u6cfb\u836f\u548c\u6025\u6551\u7bb1\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u836f\u5242\u5e08<\/strong>\u00a0\u836f\u5242\u5e08\u53ef\u9488\u5bf9\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5e38\u89c1\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u5bc6\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u54a8\u8be2\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u5224\u65ad\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u53bb\u770b\u5168\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u673a\u6784\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u836f\u5242\u5e08\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e9b\u5904\u65b9\u836f\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u60a8\u53bb\u770b\u5168\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5168\u79d1\u8bca\u6240<\/strong> \u5bf9\u4e8e\u975e\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u4f46\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6d88\u5931\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u7167\u5e38\u5f00\u653e\u5c31\u8bca\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NHS 111<\/strong> \u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6025\u9700\u533b\u7597\u5e2e\u52a9\u6216\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u4f46\u5e76\u975e\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u3002\u8be5\u670d\u52a1\u6bcf\u54687\u5929\uff0c\u6bcf\u592924\u5c0f\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u7f51\u7edc\u6216\u7535\u8bdd\u8054\u7cfb\u3002.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8f7b\u4f24\u8bca\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c\u6025\u8bca\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/strong>\u00a0\u5357\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u793e\u533a\u533b\u9662\u3001\u514b\u5229\u592b\u987f\u533b\u9662\u548c\u8036\u7279\u533b\u9662\u5747\u63d0\u4f9b\u8f7b\u4f24\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u62c9\u4f24\u3001\u626d\u4f24\u548c\u9aa8\u6298\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u524d\u5f80\u6025\u8bca\u5ba4\u3002\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u8bbf\u95ee[\u6b64\u5904\u63d2\u5165\u94fe\u63a5]\u3002\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sirona-cic.org.uk\/nhsservices\/adult-services\/minor-injuries-and-urgent-treatment\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Sirona \u62a4\u7406\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\u7f51\u7ad9<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6025\u8bca\u79d1<\/strong> \u7f62\u5de5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u533b\u9662\u4ecd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d27\u6025\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u60a3\u6709\u4e25\u91cd\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u5f97\u5230\u8bca\u6cbb\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u6709 <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/zh\/your-health\/which-nhs-service-should-i-use\/\">\u672c\u5730\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f<\/a> \u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u89e3\u51b3\u5404\u79cd\u8f7b\u5fae\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5e76\u5c31\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u5176\u4ed6 NHS \u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8bae\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u5730\u4e34\u5e8a\u533b\u751f\u63a5\u8bca\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7edf\u75be\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u4eba\u6570\u4e5f\u5728\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4f46\u4e00\u4e9b\u5c0f\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u5c31\u80fd\u5bf9\u51cf\u5c11\u75c5\u6bd2\u4f20\u64ad\u4ea7\u751f\u5de8\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4fdd\u6301\u826f\u597d\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u536b\u751f\u4e60\u60ef\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u4f55\u65f6\u5e94\u8be5\u8bf7\u5047\u4f11\u606f\u6216\u8ba9\u5b69\u5b50\u5f85\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u63a5\u79cd\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u51ac\u5929\u5e2e\u52a9\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u793e\u533a\u3002.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u51cf\u5c11\u51ac\u5b63\u75be\u75c5\u4f20\u64ad\u7684\u4e94\u4e2a\u7b80\u5355\u6b65\u9aa4<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\u7ecf\u5e38\u7528\u80a5\u7682\u548c\u6c34\u6d17\u624b15-20\u79d2\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u54b3\u55fd\u6216\u6253\u55b7\u568f\u65f6\u7528\u7eb8\u5dfe\u6342\u4f4f\u53e3\u9f3b\uff0c\u5c06\u7eb8\u5dfe\u4e22\u5165\u5783\u573e\u6876\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u6d17\u624b\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u5c3d\u91cf\u8ba9\u65b0\u9c9c\u7a7a\u6c14\u6d41\u901a\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u53ea\u662f\u77ed\u6682\u5730\u6253\u5f00\u7a97\u6237\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u5e2e\u52a9\u6e05\u9664\u542b\u6709\u75c5\u6bd2\u9897\u7c92\u7684\u6c61\u6d4a\u7a7a\u6c14\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u75be\u75c5\u4f20\u64ad\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u867d\u7136\u5916\u51fa\u6216\u53bb\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u4e0a\u73ed\u5f88\u8bf1\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u9002\uff0c\u8bf7\u8003\u8651\u5f85\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u2014\u2014\u7ed9\u81ea\u5df1\u65f6\u95f4\u6062\u590d\uff0c\u5e76\u9632\u6b62\u4f20\u64ad\u7ec6\u83cc\u3002.<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u8bf7\u63a5\u53d7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u63d0\u8bae\uff1a <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/zh\/vaccination\/\">\u82f1\u56fd\u56fd\u6c11\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u4f53\u7cfb (NHS) \u514d\u8d39\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bbf\u95ee\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9 <a href=\"https:\/\/bnssghealthiertogether.org.uk\/zh\/stay-well-this-winter\/\">\u795d\u60a8\u51ac\u5b63\u5065\u5eb7\u5e73\u5b89<\/a> \u8bf7\u8bbf\u95ee\u6b64\u9875\u9762\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u5173\u4e8e\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u5bd2\u51b7\u5929\u6c14\u4e2d\u4fdd\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8d44\u8baf\u3002.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n    <div
